Snack time is an important part of the Play Sense day. We believe that not only do little ones eat better when they all sit down together to enjoy a ‘meal,’ but they also benefit socially.
Eating together is a great habit to cultivate at home, too. Just like snack time at our play schools, it helps us to model healthy eating behaviours and navigate fussy eating that toddlers are sometimes famous for. It’s also a super time to connect and enjoy each other’s company.
