Shannon has been so welcoming and warm. Some schools and teachers make parents feel as if transitioning our kids into school should just work in a formula but she has been so understanding of our routine adjustment time and how our daughter has taken time to settle and been so loving, communicates super well to us parents, very reliable in terms of communicating what they got up to during the day and letting us know who is next ahead of time for the snack duty.
